We hope you love your new purchase! However, if you do have a change of mind, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note.
We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 7 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your order number to info@ohandcokids.com
The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Please note that as we are a small business postage costs will not be refunded.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 2-7 business days.
Shipping to NZ is usually 7-12 business days.
