Shipping policy
Please allow up to 2 business days for our warehouse to dispatch your order. There may be a slight delay during sale or holiday periods. If your order is urgent please contact us so we can prioritise your order. Please note that any duties or taxes imposed by your country's customs are the responsibility of the recipient, as these are unfortunately beyond our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love your purchase from OH & CO.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order in exchange for a store credit.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, a store credit will be issued.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@ohandcokids.com with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the fault or damage
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to certain guarantees in relation to goods and services.
If a product purchased from OH & CO fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
Where a product has a major failure, you may choose between a refund or replacement.
Where a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the item in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
These rights are in addition to any rights provided under our standard returns policy.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
CREDIT NOTE
A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code to be entered upon checkout.
