Shipping policy 

All Australian orders are free over $150. Orders under $150 have a flat rate of $10 shipping within Australia. Orders to NZ have a flat rate of $10AUD shipping. We ship worldwide but contact us for a rate. We will notify you once your order is processed, and again once it is shipped with your tracking number/s. In the unlikely circumstance where shipping might be delayed, we will make every effort to be transparent and give prior notice.

Return policy

We hope you love your new purchase! However, if you do have a change of mind, you are welcome to return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note.

We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 7 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to info@ohandcokids.com for further review.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Please note that as we are a small business postage costs will not be refunded.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale Items

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

 

Credit Note

A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
